Crossfit Unit's program focuses on ten
physical characteristics which include: flexibility, stamina, power, strength,
accuracy, coordination, speed, agility, balance, and cardiovascular, in order
to help individuals build stronger healthier bodies while having fun. Before you can attend regular training
though, it's recommended that you participate in an introductory class. An introductory class usually consists of
more than 60 minutes worth of understanding how the program works and the
exercises involved.
The next step is to get enrolled into the
Fundamental Class. The fundamental class
consists of three 45 minute sessions that have to used within 2 weeks in order
to transition to the Unit's exercises.
These sessions help you understand and correct movements and postures
while guiding you in the proper form for Singapore Crossfit exercises. Once you complete these classes then you're
ready to get started with their regular training.
Crossfit Unit provides services for specific target areas or training programs. These programs include the following:
· Personal Training – A tailor
made training program specific to your needs to move you to a higher level of
health and fitness.
· Group Training – There's no
better motivation or fun that working out with your friends, relatives or
colleagues. Although the level of
fitness within the group may be different, this program has the scalability to
be effective at any level.
· Off Site Training – Off site
training is for corporations who want to provide a fitness program for their
workers or events. Crossfit Unit caters
to your company's chosen location with all the equipment and manpower needed to
organize your activity.
· Open Session Gym – Open session
gym is for those who want to do their own fitness program. Crossfit Unit will open their facility for
use to accommodate you, so long as you let them know.
Crossfit training includes metabolic
conditioning, weightlifting, and body weight movements or gymnastics. This combination of training enables one to
have easier and greater mobility in their daily life. Each training session consists of warm-up,
skill/strength, and workout of the day, which takes a little more than an hour
to complete. The Crossfit Singapore mission is to help
others improve their fitness and health through an holistic fitness
lifestyle.
