Crossfit is
that program. It is designed for people who want to 'build better health, while
increasing their fitness level as they have fun. As a general physical
preparatory (GPP) program, it combines activities like body conditioning,
weightlifting and gymnastics to enhance one's mobility and
fitness, making their lifestyle much healthier in return.
As described by the program itself,
Crossfit is like 'moving loads over distances over time/period intervals.' In
other words, their objective aims to influence people's lives by making them
aware of their bodies to get fit. Crossfit is designed to 'take advantage of
one's time' (efficiency and effectiveness). To accommodate this, most sessions
are at least 60 minutes long, with one of the first workouts 'of the day'
involving skill/strength warm-ups.
Many countries around the world host
Crossfit training centers to help people get into shape—and feel great while
doing it. Singapore is one of many countries introducing Crossfit into people's
daily exercise routines. As a Crossfit-certified facility, Crossfit Unit
Singapore helps locals get into shape on their own whim and time.

HQ affiliated 'headquarters,' Crossfit Unit practices the fundamentals and
