• Roof leaking usually starts slow
A leaking roof can’t be easily tracked unless you investigate the problem thoroughly. Leaks do not easily drip into your living space so they can easily be spotted. This leaves you frustrated especially if you have been checking for signs of the leakages but was not able to find one. Unless of course, there are stains, molds or visible signs of deterioration to your shingles or to the parts near the roof leaking.
There are times that the leaks can’t even be seen during heavy rains as it has not hit the severity that would make it visible. The more it would not show during light rains or drizzle.
• It can be associated with other types of water concerns
Improper installation of you roof can be one of the causes that would be associated to your leaks. These may not be noticeable unless damage has been done to your roofing. Some roof leaking concerns are also due to window leaks, masonry leak or siding leaks. Make sure that you have checked these parts aside from your roofs.
